The UK’s Representative of an Overseas Business visa is a suitable business visa for business owners and entrepreneurs from around the world to set up a wholly-owned branch or subsidiary in the UK with ZERO investment. It’s also referred to as the ‘Sole Representative visa OR Sole Rep visa’. This is a settlement route and suits businesses looking to diversify internationally by setting up a presence in the UK.

Whilst it is not possible to apply for entry clearance as a sole representative, applicants already in the UK can apply for extension and settlement on this route.
