• The applicant must be offered a job within a faith community (a minister of religion, missionary, or member of a religious order) in the UK.
• For a UK Minister of Religion visa (T2), the person needs to be employed by a licensed sponsor to apply to live in the UK and the sponsor checks if the applicant can do the job and if the same qualifies for this visa.
• The sponsor provides the applicant with a Certificate of Sponsorship and gives other information (for example, how much the applicant will be paid).
