- The UK-based employer will have to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) which the you will require while making an application to switch from a UK Tier 4 to Skilled Worker Visa
- You must also meet the maintenance funds requirement for a UK Skilled Worker Worker Visa i.e. a UK Tier 2 Visa, that is £1,270
- Another alternative to meet the maintenance funds requirement is, your UK-based employer can endorse £1,270 maintenance funds for you
What are the documents required to switch from UK Tier 4 to Skilled Worker Visa UK?
All the UK Tier 4 – UK Student Visa holders who intend to switch to UK Tier 2 Visa must provide an original certificate of the degree award which must mention the following details:
- The student’s full name
- The course details
- The course duration
- The name of awarding body
- For applicants who are enrolled on a Ph.D. course they should have completed at least 12 months study towards their Ph.D.
